Withdrawal of consent to delivery by electronic means.


1.

The withdrawal of consent by a party to delivery by electronic means does not affect the legal effectiveness, validity or enforceability of a notice or other document delivered by electronic means to the party before the withdrawal of consent is effective.

2.

A withdrawal of consent by a party becomes effective within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the withdrawal of consent by the insurer.

3.

The failure of an insurer to comply with the provisions of paragraph (e) of subsection 1 of NRS 680A.550 or 680A.580 is deemed to constitute a withdrawal of consent to delivery by electronic means unless a party elects to continue to grant consent.
