NRS 679B.660
Cooperation between Commissioner, Attorney General and investigative and law enforcement agencies.


1.

Every person in charge of an investigative or law enforcement agency within this state shall:

(a)

Cooperate with the Commissioner and the investigators of the Commissioner, and the Attorney General and the members of the Fraud Control Unit; and

(b)

Upon request, furnish the Commissioner or Attorney General, as appropriate, with any information necessary for the investigation of insurance fraud.

2.

The Commissioner and the Attorney General shall:

(a)

Assist any official of an investigative or a law enforcement agency of this state, any other state or the Federal Government who requests assistance in investigating any act of insurance fraud; and

(b)

Furnish to those officials any information, not otherwise confidential, concerning his or her investigation or his or her report on insurance fraud.
