NRS 679B.410
Duties of Commissioner.


The Commissioner shall:

1.

Determine the relationship of premiums and related income of insurers to costs and expenses of insurers, provide this information to the Legislature and make this information available to the general public.

2.

Respond to requests by governmental agencies of this state and by the Legislature for special studies and analysis of information collected pursuant to NRS 679B.400 to 679B.460, inclusive.

3.

Report to each regular session of the Legislature concerning his or her duties and findings pursuant to this section no later than February 1.
