Amendment of articles of incorporation

1.

The articles of incorporation or bylaws may be amended as provided in the bylaws. Any amendment to the articles of incorporation or bylaws do not become effective until approved in writing by the Commissioner.

2.

The Commissioner shall not charge any fee for approving amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws of any credit union organized pursuant to this chapter.
