NRS 669A.133
Standards for administration and management of trust.

While acting as the fiduciary of a trust, a family trust company or licensed family trust company:

1.

Shall administer and manage the trust in accordance with the terms of the trust;

2.

Shall administer and manage the trust in the interest of the beneficiaries of the trust;

3.

Shall administer and manage the trust in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; and

4.

May administer and manage the trust by the exercise of discretionary power of administration given to the fiduciary by the terms of the trust instrument.
