Divulgence of information

  • false reports.

It is unlawful for any licensee or any registered employee or other employee, security guard, officer or member of any licensee:


To divulge to anyone, except as he or she may be so required by law to do, any information acquired by him or her except at the direction of the employer or client for whom the information was obtained.


To make a false report to his or her employer or client.
