NRS 648.164
Failure to comply with notice of violation is grounds for suspension, revocation or denial of license, registration or application.


1.

The failure of a licensee or registered employee to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for suspension or revocation of the person’s license or registration.

2.

The failure of an applicant for a license or registration to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for denial of the person’s application for a license or registration.
