Permit to engage in asset management: Expiration and renewal.


A permit issued pursuant to NRS 645H.530 expires 1 year after the date of issuance, unless it is renewed. To renew the permit, the registrant must submit to the Division on or before the date of expiration:

1.

An application for renewal;

2.

A fee of $75; and

3.

All information required to complete the renewal.
