Inspection of certain documents by Division

  • regulations.

1.

The Division may inspect any service report, contractual agreement, power of attorney or other legal authorization entered into by an asset management company and a client to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

2.

The Division shall adopt regulations pertaining to those inspections.
