NRS 645E.960
Penalties for violations relating to escrow or trust accounts.

A person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person, who violates any provision of NRS 645E.420, 645E.430 or 645E.440 is guilty of:

1.

A misdemeanor if the amount involved is less than $650;

2.

A gross misdemeanor if the amount involved is $650 or more but less than $1,000; or

3.

A category D felony if the amount involved is $1,000 or more, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
