Disciplinary or other action for failure to pay money owed to Division.

In addition to any other remedy or penalty, the Administrator may:

1.

Refuse to issue a certificate or license to a person who has failed to pay money which the person owes to the Division.

2.

Refuse to renew, or suspend or revoke, the certificate or license of a person who has failed to pay money which the person owes to the Division.
