NRS 644A.755
Unconscionable contracts with students.

1.

An unconscionable contract between a school of cosmetology and a student of cosmetology is not enforceable.

2.

“Unconscionable contract” means a contract which a person of common sense, who was not under a delusion, would not execute and which a fair and honest person would not accept. The fact that one provision of a contract or the entire contract is more favorable to one party than another does not in itself render a contract unconscionable.
