Display of license or certificate of registration.

1.

The holder of a license or certificate of registration issued by the Board to practice any branch of cosmetology must display his or her current license or certificate or a duplicate of the license or certificate in plain view of the public at the position where the holder of the license or certificate performs his or her work.

2.

If a person practices cosmetology in more than one place, the person shall display the license or certificate or a duplicate of the license or certificate wherever he or she is actually working.
