NRS 644A.230
Duties and compensation of employees

The Board:

1.

Shall prescribe the duties of its officers, examiners and employees, and fix the compensation of those employees.

2.

May establish offices in as many localities in the State as it finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. All records and files of the Board must be kept at the main office of the Board and, except as otherwise provided in NRS 644A.870, be open to public inspection at all reasonable hours.

3.

May adopt a seal.

4.

May issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers.
