In addition to any other remedy or penalty, if a person has engaged in any act or practice which constitutes a violation of any provision of this chapter, the district court of any county, on application of the Board, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining the act or practice, without a showing of actual harm.
2.
A proceeding under this section is governed by Rule 65 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.
For example:
(3) A person may apply [...]
(4)(a) A person petitioning for relief [...]
In this example, (3), (4),
and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
(4) was
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
interesting challenge when laying out the text. We've
decided to display a blank section with this note, in order
to aide readability.
