NRS 642.330
Requirements for apprentice to become licensed embalmer: Completion of instruction.


1.

Before a registered apprentice may take the examination for a license to practice the profession of embalming pursuant to NRS 642.090, the registered apprentice must have completed instruction in an accredited and approved embalming college or school of mortuary science, as prescribed by NRS 642.080.

2.

A registered apprentice may take the examination for a license to practice the profession of embalming pursuant to NRS 642.090 before the registered apprentice has completed the required 1 year of apprenticeship.
