Annual report to Legislative Committee on Health Care.

On or before February 1 of each year, the Board shall submit to the Legislative Committee on Health Care a report which must include:

1.

The number of complaints received, investigations completed, cases dismissed, cases settled and cases for which hearings were held within the immediately preceding calendar year; and

2.

The number of applications for the issuance or renewal of a license received by the Board during the immediately preceding calendar year and the number of those applications for which the Board conducted additional review beyond the standard review regularly conducted by the Board.
