Judicial review

1.

Any person who has been placed on probation or whose license or registration has been limited, suspended or revoked, and whose appeal pursuant to NRS 641.325 has been denied, is entitled to judicial review of the order.

2.

Every order which limits the practice of psychology or the practice as a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee or suspends or revokes a license or registration is effective from the date the Board certifies the order until the date the order is modified or reversed by an order of the Commission on Behavioral Health pursuant to NRS 641.325 or a final judgment of the court.

3.

The district court shall give a petition for judicial review of the order priority over other civil matters which are not expressly given priority by law.
