NRS 639.281
False representations.


Any person who secures or attempts to secure registration for himself or herself or any other person by making, or causing to be made, any false representation or who fraudulently represents himself or herself to be a registered pharmacist or practitioner is guilty of a misdemeanor.


Any certificate issued by the Board on information later found to be false or fraudulent must be automatically cancelled by the Board.
