Fees.

1.

The Board shall charge and collect only the following fees whose amounts must be determined by the Board, but may not exceed:

2.

If an applicant submits an application for a license by endorsement pursuant to NRS 637B.204, the Board shall collect not more than one-half of the fee set forth in subsection 1 for the initial issuance of the license.

All fees are payable in advance and may not be refunded.
