Subpoenas

  • oaths
  • seal.
The Board may:

1.

Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and production of books and papers;

2.

Administer oaths when taking testimony in any matter relating to the duties of the Board; and

3.

Adopt a seal which must be judicially noticed by the courts of this State.
