NRS 637.073
Regulations setting minimum standards for optical and ophthalmic devices.

1.

The Board shall adopt regulations setting forth minimum standards for lenses, frames, specially fabricated optical devices and other ophthalmic devices dispensed by a person licensed as a dispensing optician.

2.

The standards adopted by the Board must be consistent with the minimum standards of quality approved by the American National Standards Institute.
