NRS 634A.240
Injunctive relief.


1.

The Board may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person who violates any provision of this chapter.

2.

Such an injunction:

(a)

May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being understood to be a preventive as well as a punitive measure.

(b)

Shall not relieve such person from any criminal prosecution for the violation.
