NRS 633.671
Judicial review.

Any person who has been placed on probation or whose license has been limited, suspended or revoked by the Board is entitled to judicial review of the Board’s order as provided by law.

Every order of the Board which limits the practice of osteopathic medicine or the practice of a physician assistant or suspends or revokes a license is effective from the date on which the order is issued by the Board until the date the order is modified or reversed by a final judgment of the court.

The district court shall give a petition for judicial review of the Board’s order priority over other civil matters which are not expressly given priority by law.
