Schools of professional nursing: Survey and written report required before approval.

1.

The Board shall not approve a school of professional nursing until the Board has caused a thorough survey of the facilities of the school to be made. No such survey shall be deemed complete for the purposes of this section until a written report of the survey is made to the Board and the report has received the full consideration of the whole Board.

2.

If any school of professional nursing making application for approval indicates that any course required by the prescribed curriculum is to be offered by an institution affiliated with the school, the Board shall cause a survey of the facilities of the affiliated institution to be made, and the written report concerning that institution must receive the full consideration of the Board before the Board approves the school of professional nursing.
