Unlawful acts.

It is unlawful for any person:

1.

To sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish a certificate to practice as a medication aide - certified;

2.

To practice as a medication aide - certified pursuant to a certificate that was illegally or fraudulently obtained or was signed or issued unlawfully or under fraudulent representation; or

3.

To conduct a training course for medication aides - certified unless the training course has been approved by the Board.
