Validity of licenses or certificates of registration issued on or before July 1, 1947.

Each person holding a valid and subsisting license or certificate of registration to practice nursing as a registered nurse in this State on July 1, 1947, shall thereafter be deemed to be licensed as a professional nurse under the provisions of this chapter.
