“Certified registered nurse anesthetist” defined.

“Certified registered nurse anesthetist” means a registered nurse who:

1.

Has completed a nationally accredited program in the science of anesthesia; and

2.

Is certified by the Board to administer anesthetic agents to a person under the care of a licensed physician, a licensed dentist or a licensed podiatric physician.
