Regulations concerning intraoral tasks and other practices.

The Board shall adopt rules or regulations:

1.

Specifying the intraoral tasks that may be assigned by a licensed dentist to a dental hygienist or dental assistant in his or her employ or that may be performed by a dental hygienist engaged in school health activities or employed by a public health agency.

2.

Governing the practice of dentists and dental hygienists in full-time employment with the State of Nevada.
