NRS 631.105
“Supervision by a dentist” defined.

“Supervision by a dentist” means that a dentist is:

1.

Physically present in the office where the procedures to be supervised are being performed, while these procedures are being performed; and

2.

Capable of responding immediately if any emergency should arise.
