NRS 630A.380
Grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying issuance of license or certificate: Willful disclosure of privileged communication

  • willful failure to comply with law, subpoena or order
  • willful failure to perform legal obligation.

The following acts, among others, constitute grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying the issuance of a license or certificate:

1.

Willful disclosure of a communication privileged under a statute or court order.

2.

Willful failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, regulation, subpoena or order of the Board or with any court order relating to this chapter.

3.

Willful failure to perform any statutory or other legal obligation imposed upon a licensed homeopathic physician, a certified advanced practitioner of homeopathy or a certified homeopathic assistant, as applicable.
