“Homeopathic physician” defined.

“Homeopathic physician” means a person who has:

1.

Complied with all of the requirements set forth in this chapter and the regulations adopted by the Board for the practice of homeopathic medicine; and

2.

Received from the Board a license to practice homeopathic medicine.
