Officers.

1.

The Board shall elect from its members a President, a Vice President and a Secretary-Treasurer. The officers of the Board shall hold their respective offices during its pleasure.

2.

The Secretary-Treasurer shall receive a salary, the amount of which shall be determined by the Board.
