NRS 63.040
“Gift account” defined.

1.

“Gift account” means a gift account established for a facility in the Gift Fund of the Department of Health and Human Services.

2.

The term includes the gift accounts established for the Nevada Youth Training Center and for the Caliente Youth Center.
