NRS 625A.160
Grounds for disciplinary action.


The grounds for initiating disciplinary action under this chapter are:

1.

Unprofessional conduct;

2.

Conviction of a felony relating to the practice of environmental health or any offense involving moral turpitude;

3.

The suspension or revocation of a registration, certification or license as an environmental health specialist by any other jurisdiction; or

4.

Failure to meet the requirements for continuing education.
