Civil penalty.


1.

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the Board is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $5,000 for each violation. Any such penalty must be imposed by the Board at a hearing conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS.

2.

If a person does not pay a civil penalty imposed pursuant to subsection 1 within 60 days after the order of the Board becomes final, the order may be executed upon in the same manner as a judgment issued by a court.
