“Contested case” and “case” defined.

1.

“Contested case” and “case” have the meaning ascribed to “contested case” in NRS 233B.032.

2.

A final decision of a regulatory body approving or denying an application for issuance or renewal of a license is not a contested case for the purposes of this chapter.
