Requirements for adjuster who administers claim for catastrophic injury.


An adjuster who administers a claim for a catastrophic injury must:

1.

Have at least 4 years of experience in adjusting workers’ compensation claims for lost time; or

2.

Have at least 2 years of experience in adjusting workers’ compensation claims for lost time and work under the direct supervision of an adjuster who has at least 4 years of experience in adjusting such claims.
