Association of salesperson with more than one seller prohibited

seller to cooperate in investigations.

1.

No salesperson may be associated with or employed by more than one seller at the same time.

2.

A seller shall cooperate fully with the Attorney General in any investigation made by the Attorney General concerning an alleged violation of the provisions of this chapter by a salesperson.
