NRS 588.155
Applicability.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed:

1.

To restrict or avoid sales or exchanges of commercial fertilizers or agricultural minerals to each other by importers, manufacturers or manipulators who mix fertilizer materials for sale; or

2.

As preventing the free and unrestricted shipment of commercial fertilizers or agricultural minerals to manufacturers or manipulators who have registered their brands as required by the provisions of this chapter.
