Authority of Department to enter into agreements and adopt regulations.

1.

The Department may cooperate with and enter into an agreement with any person or federal or state agency for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of NRS 587.841 to 587.899, inclusive.

2.

The Department may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 587.841 to 587.899, inclusive.
