Assessments on butter and dairy products.

1.

The Director shall assess each distributor of butter a sum not exceeding 2 cents per pound on all butter distributed by the distributor.

2.

The Director shall assess all distributors of dairy products a sum not exceeding 4 cents per gallon on all ice cream, sherbet or ice cream or ice milk mixes, and a sum not exceeding 2 cents per pound on all cottage cheese and yogurt distributed by the distributors.
