“Installation” defined.

1.

“Installation” means the complete operation of fixing in place a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach for occupancy.

2.

The term includes, without limitation, pier blocking, prefabricated footings, ground anchoring and the connection to utility terminals on the site.
