NRS 485.193
Scope of hearing.


The hearing must be held to determine:

1.

Whether or not there is a reasonable possibility that a judgment may be rendered against the owner or operator as a result of the crash in which the owner or operator was involved if the issue is brought before a court of competent jurisdiction; and

2.

The amount of security that may be required of the operator or owner to satisfy any judgment for damages that may be rendered against the owner or operator.
