NRS 484B.113
Limitations on backing.


The driver of a vehicle:

1.

Shall not back the vehicle unless such movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic;

2.

Shall not back into an intersection, on or over a crosswalk, or around a street corner; and

3.

Shall in every case yield the right-of-way to moving traffic and pedestrians.
