Unlawful to remove barriers and signs stating highway is closed to traffic

  • driving on such highway unlawful
  • additional penalty for violation committed in work zone or pedestrian safety zone.

It is unlawful for any person to remove any barrier or sign stating that a highway is closed to traffic.

2.

It is unlawful to pass over a highway that is marked, signed or barricaded to indicate that it is closed to traffic. A person who violates any provision of this subsection may be subject to any additional penalty set forth in NRS 484B.130 or 484B.135.
