Representatives designated to serve on cooperating committee.

The designated representatives of this State to serve on the cooperating committee established by Article IV of the Multistate Highway Transportation Agreement are:

1.

The Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by the Chair; and

2.

The Chair of the Assembly Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by the Chair.
