NRS 481.095
Prohibited acts.

1.

A person shall not:

(a)

Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 481.089, 481.091 or 481.093; or

(b)

Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 481.089, 481.091 or 481.093 for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 481.089, 481.091 or 481.093.

2.

A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
