The Commission shall, with the advice and assistance of the Board, adopt regulations for global risk management. The regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to this section may include, without limitation:
1.
Provisions which establish minimum internal and operational control standards for global risk management; and
2.
Any additional provisions which the Commission deems necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this section and which are consistent with the public policy of this State pursuant to NRS 463.0129.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.
For example:
(3) A person may apply [...]
(4)(a) A person petitioning for relief [...]
In this example, (3), (4),
and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
(4) was
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
interesting challenge when laying out the text. We've
decided to display a blank section with this note, in order
to aide readability.
