“Manufacturer” defined.

“Manufacturer” means a person who:

1.

Derives, produces, prepares, compounds, mixes, cultivates, grows or processes any drug;

2.

Repackages any drug for the purpose of resale; or

3.

Makes, produces or prepares any devices or appliances that are restricted by federal law to sale by or on the order of a physician.
